Andrew has been involved in enterprise IT for nearly 20 years working for a wide range of organizations including State Farm Insurance, United Airlines and the University of Chicago Medical Center. His primary focus has been in wired, wireless and voice network design, implementation and support — as well as network security. This includes project management tasks dealing with network infrastructure upgrades, IT audits and new build-outs. Andrew has also been heavily involved with the design and deployment of data center and cloud architectures designed to provide fault-tolerant enterprise applications and services to thousands of users.
Launi is a technology-focused business strategist specializing in profit assurance, business process transformation and IT operations. A Six Sigma Blackbelt, she leverages her expertise to optimize processes across the enterprise. Launi held several leadership roles in IT and Finance at Level 3 Communications, including Sr. Director of Margin Assurance where she led the global development and implementation of the company’s revenue controls for all services. She also gained valuable global M&A integration experience. Prior to Level 3, she gained valuable business experience working for Nextel and ConAgra Foods. Launi holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a master’s degree from University of Colorado at Denver.
Kathryn is an experienced and versatile professional with a background in technology and accounting. After starting her accounting career at KPMG and then serving as Controller at International Investment Advisors, she then managed a team of programmers at Ryder Systems, a Fortune 500 company. Kathryn later gained technology experience with ERP and financial systems implementations through several leadership roles at consulting firms, and also added compliance and IT audit to her skills. Kathryn earned a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Baylor University.
Monica’s broad experience spans project management and enterprise architecture roles in companies across several industries. At CIO Source, Monica has consulted in Project Manager/Business Analysis roles at GHX, OtterBox, and Aircell (Gogo). In these positions she leveraged her strong PM expertise along with her deep architecture background to deliver effective solutions to clients. Previously, Monica held architecture roles at Network Cadence and Level 3 Communications. She also held technical roles at Sprint and Boeing. Monica earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas.
Larry Barker is an accomplished executive with experience that spans business and IT functions in high growth companies. During a period of hyper growth at OtterBox, Larry served in several business leadership roles culminating in a promotion to General Manager of the Americas. Larry also has extensive experience in enterprise program management and IT department leadership. At Level 3 Communications he served in numerous leadership positions including Sr. Director of Enterprise Program Management and IT Chief of Staff. Prior to Level 3, he held technology leadership positions at Novell and WordPerfect. Larry now leverages his extensive background to transform businesses through leadership development and strategic planning. Larry holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Brigham Young University.
Greg is an accomplished IT executive whose background includes several high growth companies. He recently served as the CIO at Blue Ocean Enterprises and transformed the IT organization at OtterBox during a period of extreme growth. He also consulted in leadership roles at Clearwire and Aircell (Gogo) during the rapid growth of those companies. Prior to founding CIO Source, Greg led multiple organizations at Level 3 Communications covering all major aspects of IT. He also held IT leadership roles for five major company acquisitions. Before Level 3, Greg managed technical architecture teams at Sprint and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He started his IT career at Abilene Christian University, where he also received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
Daniel is an accomplished business optimization executive with experience across small to Fortune 50 enterprises in both the private and public sectors. He launched the Project Management Office for the City and County of Broomfield. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded the start-up manufacturer of small-scale wind turbines, CLEANtricity Power. As Colorado’s first Enterprise IT Portfolio Director and founding member of Governor Bill Owens’ Office of Innovation and Technology, Daniel built the governance framework for its annual $500M IT investment portfolio. At Japan’s leading corporate training firm, Phoenix Associates, he coached executives from IBM-Japan, ICI-Pharma, and Toyota. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington University and a MBA from the University of Colorado.
Jerry Marko is an exceptional technology architect and leader with over 25 years of experience. His deep technology architecture experience includes large companies like DaVita, IBM, Level 3 Communications, Clearwire, and Citibank. In these companies he architected complex infrastructure environments supporting significant volumes while also balancing operational efficiency. Jerry has significant experience with ServiceNow, and has combined that robust platform with his own pragmatic ITIL approach to deliver solutions that are optimized for each company’s environment. He received his bachelor’s degree from Augustana University.
